1. Introduction
Rynix Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business operations and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking and are fully committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
2. Our Business
Rynix Ltd is a UK-based supplier of professional-grade surface protection products, including carpet protection films and masking tapes, serving both trade professionals and DIY customers.
3. Our Commitment
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls.
4. Supply Chain and Due Diligence
We work with a range of suppliers, including manufacturers and distributors. To mitigate risks, we:
- Seek to build long-standing relationships with reputable suppliers
- Expect all suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws and standards
- Assess potential risk areas within our supply chain
- Request assurances from suppliers that they have appropriate anti-slavery policies in place
5. Risk Assessment and Management
We recognise that risks of modern slavery can exist within global supply chains. We aim to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas
- Monitor higher-risk suppliers where appropriate
- Take action where concerns are identified
6. Training and Awareness
We are committed to ensuring that all relevant personnel understand the risks of modern slavery and are aware of the signs to look for. As the business grows, we will continue to develop appropriate training and awareness measures.
7. Reporting Concerns
We encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith. Any suspected instances of modern slavery within our business or supply chain will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
8. Continuous Improvement
Rynix Ltd is committed to continuously improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will review and update this policy as necessary to ensure its effectiveness.
9. Approval
This policy has been approved by the directors of Rynix Ltd and is reviewed annually.
